I’ve bought and sold many homes as an investor however this home was special and I needed more than just any realtor. This was my home of 18 years where I raised my kids. It needed a lot of renovation and updating. I leaned on Stacy’s interior design experience and her knowledge of today’s market trends. She helped me with picking color schemes and helped guide where to focus my attention for repairs and updates. Her attention to detail was amazing. It took me a few months to complete however it was a masterpiece when it came together. Stacy then brought in the staging company followed by the professional photographer. The pictures were amazing and I was blown away. The offers rolled in and Stacy helped navigate the rough waters ahead because it was not a simple deal. She helped manage the whole process and did so very professionally. I was glad to have her on my side!

Even this is the only property we saw and purchased through Stacy, she gave us all necessary instructions and information, help us to get this dream house! We really appreciate it!

I have worked with a number of agents over the years and Stacy was head and shoulders above all of them. She was willing to put up with our constant requests to see additional properties and answering tons of questions. If it were not for her I am convinced we would not be moving into our forever more home. Through all of this she continued to smile and made our finding a new home a good experience.
