Stacy always responded to all my questions very quickly. She helped me locate potential properties and was able to show them to me promptly. She helped me through the entire home buying process and corresponded professionally and timely between me, the seller and the escrow agency. She was able to negotiate and we were able to close under the asking price in a market where home prices are on the rise and most closing 5 to 10% over asking price.
