Stacy helped us purchase our first home and was wonderful. She is responsive, friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with first-time buyers. She communicates well, listened to our needs, and helped close the deal within the short timeframe we were working under. We were living in another state when we bought, and Stacy was very accommodating with when we could be in town to view houses. When our lender unexpectedly delayed our closing, Stacy helped reassure us and the sellers and pushed the bank along to close the deal. Stacy also has a vast network of other professionals we relied on, which was very useful - those professionals were also excellent.
