Stacy was the most amazing realtor I've ever worked with! Before I was ready to sell my house she gave me tons of contacts for who I could call to get work done prior to listing. Her contacts had amazing pricing and were very responsive. All her contacts went the extra mile, just like she did. Stacy was always available for me via text or call. She used a professional photographer to photograph my house and had it sold within 48 hours - it looked amazing in the pics. She was genuinely wonderful to work with and has a lovely personality. Few times in life do you meet someone you KNOW will be a part of it forever but lucky are we that this person is the realtor we had, Stacy Hiers! From the moment she started the process with us she showed care, concern, compassion and dedication to our needs, our worries and our family. Being an LGBTQ family brought unique considerations and she handled every one and then some. When people say she “knows her stuff” that is short for she knows her clients, her land, her community, her area, her business, her partners in brokerage etc, and her tricks.
