Stacy was professional but more than that she was helpful in staging, pricing and responsive with every call we made. She knew her market and her demographics for our particular property and never wasted our showings with people who were not qualified. We highly recommend Stacy
Efficient, knowledgeable and well connected. Kept on top of leads and showings. Very attentive and responsive to our needs as well as respectful of our opinions about showings, staging and contract negotiations. By our side and our advocate.
It was our pleasure to have Stacy Giesler Rickert sell our home. Selling a house can be stressful, but Stacy made it easy. She did the comp research and helped us choose a selling price. Stacy also helped us stage the house for showing, and the pictures she had taken were really beautiful. Our house sold in 10 hours, and above the asking price. She was always a phone call away to help with the details of all the things that needed to be done for the closing. We recommend her highly.
Stacy hasn't had any property sale activity in the last 12 months
