Very knowledgeable of the housing market. She communicated with me (the seller) exactly what the process were and what her role would be and showed concern for the concerns I had as a seller. She communicated with me through the entire process. Once Stacy put the house on the market, she displayed the house in MLS in a panoramic view. The house was sold within 24 hours for more than the asking price.
