Wow, where do I start? you always hear about the ohorrible experience with a realtor or going through a realtor. but that is far and untrue. Stacy Duke was so wonderful she’s down to earth and tells you exactly how things are. we were so stressed out trying to build a house plus put one on the market but Stacy walked in and took most of the stress away and within a few weeks, she sold our house what a relief. she walked us through step-by-step how to do everything and if there was something that we did not understand she went out of her way to make sure we understood it. if you’re wanting to sell your house with no worries or stress. In this market the home buying process is a struggle at times. Stacy stood beside me through the whole long process of finally finding the right fit. She is knowledgeable, gives advice but never pushes. Her personality is unbelievable and she is just an overall great person to work with.

Stacy is a great person to work with. As first time home buyers, my spouse and I had a lot of questions throughout the process. Stacy was always willing to provide helpful suggestions/opinions while also ensuring we had an opportunity to formulate our own thoughts. She provided great referrals too and ultimately ended up (after our own independent review) choosing a lender and home inspector that she recommended. She was also extremely responsive. Given the hot market, I was checking on new listings multiple times per day. Stacy was often able to set up a showing for the same day or next day at the latest to ensure we had an opportunity to view.
