If you ever find yourself not knowing what to do when you want to buy a house- call Stacy Burgin! I was a first-time home buyer and didn't have a clue where to begin. My husband and I found a house we liked on Zillow, and contacted Stacy to start the process. (Little did I know how involved this life changing process is!) Stacy answered ALL of my questions (multiple times for my benefit). She is very knowledgable about everything involved with buying a house- from multiple perspectives which, sometimes, can help with understanding why something is or isn't happening according to Plan A. Her promptness and professionalism made the endeavor worth while. She has a great personality which made it easier to ask questions. After a really long time of living in this house, if we ever decide to do this process again, we will be calling Stacy.
I recently purchased a new home with Stacy Burgin as my agent and she was the best! From the day I first contacted her she was engaged and responsive. There was a home that I already wanted to see which I shared the address with her. Within minutes she setup a showing and we met there the next day. That home didn't end up being a good fit but she listened to what I wanted while we were there, as we went through that house, she picked up on what I liked and didn't like about it. The next day she provided me with several other homes that matched my criteria. She was very quick to schedule showings and responsive to my many many questions about the process. Her enthusiasm to find my new home was only matched by her patience with my endless questions. When we found the right home, she negotiated very well on my behalf. When the closing was delayed for several hours, she even made it to the title company, with only moments notice, just in case I had more of my questions.
