We recently sold our house in Richmond. Stacy and her team were fantastic. When we first started working with them, they sat us down and educated us about the entire process, what we could expect, possible issues, etc. This being the first time we sold a house, we had no idea what we were getting in to and Stacy took the time to educate us and make sure we were comfortable with what was going on. Stacy and her entire team were very responsive to our inquiries. If they couldn't get us the information immediately, they usually got it to us within an hour or so.
