First Stacy found us our dream house, then she helped us sell our existing property super fast and for over asking. Stacy Young is a very thoughtful, astute and patient Real Estate Agent. She helped us find our first purchase and held our hand through the whole process. Stacy was very detailed oriented and when she saw that there had been a mold issue in the home we were in the process of making an offer on, she suggested we add to the contingencies that we need a more recent mold report in the area that had been an issue. Sure enough there was mold and it was remediated by the sellers. That was a huge deal and helped us start out on the right foot in our new home. 17 years later, Stacy helped us sell our home. She understands the market, timing, pricing and customer service. Anyone would be lucky to have her represent them.

My recent condo sale was the second time Stacy was my real estate agent. The first time was when I had purchased it twenty three years before. She made a superhuman effort to make the place presentable including using a wonderful photographer, liberal use of plants, and valuable advice on what to fix, replace or paint. Stacy's pricing strategy resulted in getting my target price. The condo sold in in a week. Using a different agent, a neighbor in the building took two months to sell. She had extensive market knowledge and produced through reports with comps and trends in the neighborhood. The sale, like many, had a few hurdles at the end which the buyer's lender had trouble with. Stacy worked very hard with the buyer, seller, lender, HOA, and the management company to work out the issues and culminate in the sale. I would work with her again.
