I can't begin to say how happy I was with Stacy. Due to me not living in Florida, it was often difficult trying to make decisions being so far away. Stacy always stepped up to either do a drive by, meet with contractors, or to make sure timelines were met. Stacy provided highly skilled contractors in the area for me and assisted with paying the contractors on my behalf. She stayed in touch me often as to the market, and what improvements would benefit me the most. My house ended up only being on the market for 2 days with a full price offer.
