Stacy is the consummate professional! She was referred to us by a couple I work with, and I am so grateful. She showed us houses before we were even fully approved for financing. When we did find the home we liked, she came and took pictures for us while the seller was moving her big furniture out. Stacy sent the pics to us, and that saved us a trip to see the house again. Stacy also found a septic company for us, and she even sent a pest control company to do a complementary survey. Every step of the way she kept us informed and explained everything to us. The realtor who handled the sale of our house in the Villages was a challenge, so Stacy even helped us with that situation. All of this to say that Stacy truly goes above and beyond for her clients. This experience was so much more fun and less stressful because Stacy was in charge. She is a true professional and handles issues the minute they appear. After we moved in, Stacy visited and brought us lovely gifts. There just aren't enough good things to say about Stacy. I can't begin to say how happy I was with Stacy. Due to me not living in Florida, it was often difficult trying to make decisions being so far away. Stacy always stepped up to either do a drive by, meet with contractors, or to make sure timelines were met. Stacy provided highly skilled contractors in the area for me and assisted with paying the contractors on my behalf. She stayed in touch me often as to the market, and what improvements would benefit me the most. My house ended up only being on the market for 2 days with a full price offer.
