Stacy helped coordinate work with Plumbers and Carpet folks to make sure the work needed was done so that we could successfully close. My husband and I have moved approximately 5 times in 10 years due to the military. Every move is stressful. We are usually relocating to a new state or country and don't have luxury to visit our new location prior to moving. Miss Stacy did an amazing job being our eyes and ear while searching for our home in Florida while we were still in Tennessee. She really did the leg work and took a lot of stress off of us. She went to each home we wanted to look at and did a indepth virtual tour. Once we we chose the home we wanted, Miss Stacy's knowledge of what inspection we needed and her networking skills came in handy. There were times leading up to closing that others dropped the ball and packed communication, but she was right there catching the ball and staying on top of all patties involved. Miss Stacy kept us in the loop step by step and continued to stay in contact even after closing was complete. She has really gone above and beyond being our realtor, to tour guideto friend. We are new to the area without any social or family connection and usually it takes time for us to get situated but Miss Stacy has made this transition smooth and is always there with a recommendation whether that be local restaurant, movie theaters, or contractors to help with any projects we have for the new house Thank you Miss Stacy for all that you have done in insuring we had a home to live in once we got here.
