Searching for your forever home can be extremely difficult when you are out of state. My husband and I had done much research and knew whatwe wanted. When we lost our first bid on a home, we were devastated . Then we found Stacy. Stacy listened and understood that we were serious buyers . Every newlisting in IRb that met our criteria, was communicated immediately. We saw Stacy’s posting, put our offer in the same day. ONLY 2 days later, our offer was accepted. Stacy worked extremely hard (on all ends) to ensure a timely closing. It happened.
