Stacie Salgadi took care of all the details in a very timely manner. She was a joy to work with. I live in a different state from the property that was sold and she made the process effortless.

My wife and I had an apartment in South Park and were looking for a home in Indian Trail/Monroe. I know Stacie doesn't live close to that area, but she was willing to drive out there to find us a home. I love how motivated she was to find us a home and it showed through how accommodating she was. At one point during our search we gave her a list of 8 potential houses. She was able to schedule a visit to all of them in 1 day. Being able to visit all 8 in one day was super helpful for us as it means less time I have to take off from work. Throughout the process I asked her a lot of question (via email) and she always got back to me and never made me feel like I was annoying her due to the quantity. We currently live our house that we found with Stacie as our agent and couldn't be happier. If we ever move again, I'm asking her to be our agent!

Buying a house long distance is challenging, but Stacie was always available to spend time with us when we made last minute trips to look at properties. She had valuable knowledge of the area and was always ready to personally visit properties and advise us before we did or didn't come to NC to see them.

Stacie was absolutely fantastic in helping me and my fiancee buy our first home. She was able to answer any questions we had during the process and made it look easy.
