Stacie Nolf has been the most wonderful real estate agent to work with. She took us under her wing and helped us to locate several homes on the internet that we might be interested in. Since we are living in California and wanting to buy in Corbin this was all done via email and the phone. Once we were set with a few homes to look at my wife flew out to Kentucky and met with Stacie who proceeded to take here to look at several houses. Once we settled on the house we wanted negotiating on our behalf for some additions to made to the house contents and to the exterior. Once that was done to our satisfaction she went to work setting things in motion with our bank and the escrow company. She was in touch with us all the way and even did the final walk through on the phone via Facetime with us and after closing delivered the keys to my sister in law who lives in Corbin.
