This is the second house Stacie sold for us. The first there were no issues. With this house we had stucco issues that required complete remediation. Stacie found a very reputable contractor that was willing to do the remediation much cheaper than the buyers contractor. We were able to negotiate a sum of money to put towards the buyers contractor at settlement which saved us thousands of dollars and aggravation. Thank you Stacie.
