Her marketing techniques were extremely effective and she knew the “tricks of the trade” as to the best timing to post, when to hold the open house, best price point to use for the sales list price, etc. She was honest in her assessments and she provided sound advice. She also used AI to generate incredible staged photos to allow potential buyers to envision what their life could be like in the property.
