I’ve bought and sold numerous residential and commercial properties. Stacie, by far, was one of the best I’ve had the pleasure to work with. I had the difficult task of selling my parents’ home via long distance. After an unsuccessful term with another agent I received many solicitations to obtain the new listing. I received several voice mails from Stacie that were professional and courteous. Did some vetting over the Internet and decided to contact her. What a smart move! Photos of the property were professional and we all know how important a website presence is in today’s market. Her use of technology kept me apprised of the changing local listings as well as showings scheduled and subsequent realtor reviews. She helped secure cleaning and repairs and the prices were very reasonable. Best of all, communicating with Stacie was a breeze. My texts, phone calls and emails received quick responses. Her perseverance and market knowledge got the house sold. I don’t usually take the time to write reviews but Stacie Ahee went above and beyond my expectations.
