Stacia did an outstanding job assisting us with our home purchase. She was very professional and knowledgeable and really understood the market trends. She thought out of the box and did more than any realestate agent ever did for us, keeping in mind our finances and what we really wanted in a home. We would highly recommend her. When inspection revealed work had to be done on our place she coordinated with the seller to have a contractor on site prior to closing to have work completed. I think one of Stacia’s long suits is promoting a very relaxing selling experience. It was our beloved home of 20 years so we had concerns over how to be ready for the sale and Stacia steered us towards the right balance of what was needed versus the million little details you can get distracted by that only add stress!
