staci seemed to know alot about the market and her knowledge on the area was great

I tried to retire in ohio with my daughter and gkids but after 8 months of freezing weather and my bones hurting I told them im going back to the northwest . About 3 weeks ago I saw the park model on the internet and texed staci and she got right back with information and pictures . I told her im going to hit the road soon and will look for a home in oregon and if nothing then I will look at the park model in castle rock . She responded fast and said thats ok and to drive safe coming back ! The 5 days and 4 nites in the snow and bad weather coming back from the pennsylvania border,, she checked on me a couple of times and that was very considerate .. I made it when she knew I was here and in a motel , she showed me the place quickly and I made and cash offer . she was great with all the questions and schedueld quick closing for me . She also negotiated early occupancy so I could get out of motels after 16 days total from traveling and looking . As far as I can tell, she did everything by the book and was patient and wonderfull with her extra efforts helping me .jim willis
