Despite the pandemic and living on the other side of the country, Staci worked with us as much as was possible. Through video messaging, we were able to take tours of homes that she would visit. Since we weren't there, she would relate any smells in the house, any cosmetic damages, or even the appearance of the neighborhood in general. We asked her to be picky for us, and she delivered. When we found our new home, we knew exactly what we were making an offer on. When we move again in 5-7 years, we've already told her that we would hire her again. Simply amazing!
