Staci was recommended to me following the sudden death of my mother. When I met with Staci the first time, she demonstrated excellent market knowledge and quickly arrived at an appropriate list price for the property. She used her experience to advise me on how best to stage the home for maximum appeal, provided lists of contractors that accept donations and to remove unwanted items. Once the house was staged, Staci prepared a thorough property description and obtained professional photographs which highlighted key features of the property. Due to the upcoming Easter holiday, she recommended posting the property as "Coming soon" with several exterior photos. This small detail generated immediate traffic preceding the Open House. Three days later I accepted one of the three offers, all well above asking price and with a 30-day cash closing! Staci kept me well informed throughout the process including settlement, which she attended for me as I live several hours away. In essence, she made a very difficult time in my life as easy as possible and I highly recommend her.
