Wow! It is so refreshing to be able to work with people that are talented and knowledgeable in their profession. Stacey knew the current market and helped us decide "where" to set our listing price. Her knowledge on setting a price that would attract as many people as possible was spot-on! We had 5 written offers within 9 hours of listing our house - and every one was above our listing price!
