As a consequence, only truly interested buyers scheduled walk-throughs which we really appreciated. She was right on about the market price, she was right on about which tasks to do and not to do to achieve that price, and she was warm and super helpful through all of it. Super highly recommend. My experience was overwhelmingly positive. She is specialized in south bay, where she was born. She has extensive knowledge of the real estate market here. Working with her was also super chill and zero-stress. She was extremely patient, answered all my questions and also helped me sort out through disclosures. Our first offer was accepted against 3 others to buy a townhome condo. She kept us in touch with the sellers agent and the HOA president and the loan person. Her post sale support has been great. She has helped me with contractors and my general forgetfulness about some basics like when property taxes are due and other minor things. 100% recommend for first time buyers.
