This is my second transaction with Stacey! She actually sold me my very first house about 10 years ago. She was amazing then (very patient - we must have looked at 100 houses ha!) and even more amazing now. She helped this first time home buyer understand exactly what was going on at all times. I really appreciated her experience back then. This latest transaction was the sale of a home and then the purchase of another. She was just fantastic to work with again. She has a great gut when it comes to the market. We held off on the sale for a bit and then put it on the market right at the perfect time.
