I was looking at places between Venice and Sarasota and Stacey was extremely knowledgeable about both towns as well as other surrounding communities. After less than a week of looking, we found the most amazing town home in the University Park section of Sarasota, and she was able to save me thousands of dollars in the negotiation process by insisting that I go lower in my bid than i thought would win the deal. Stacey was truly awesome to work with and has a an amazing personality that made the search process so much fun and enjoyable.
