They do a terrific job of marketing the property with professional pictured and virtual tour. Their customer service is second to none. We had listed our house with another agent who advertises everywhere and we were not pleased with the service we were being provided. At first, we were very leary about going with another big real estate company, but we were pleasantly surprised with the level of service that Stacey, TJ and Gabrielle provided. Anytime we had a question, they were there to respond. Although we received several offers on the house, in the end nobody could top Knock's offer so they did buy our house. Again, we know up front what they were willing to pay for the property and the closing process was quick and extremely pleasant.
