While I don’t want to oversell this man as a miracle worker, in my case he surely came close. The short version is I had agreed to sell my home to Zillow Offers on an as-is basis. Everything completed with a closing day set I was told by them this was a solid done deal. I then retired from my job as the sale gave me just enough to purchase a modest place in Arizona plus funds to live on till my social security started the end of next year. Though assuring me right up till the day before they backed out, they would NOT do this Zillow did exactly that reneging on everything. Instantly I was thrust into a locked down floundering market due to the coronavirus situation with a home needing serious updates, no income and an almost empty house as I had given or thrown away everything expecting to move in a few days. In stepped the hero of this tale. We agreed to needed updates all of which he arranged and oversaw using a group of specialty crews he employs who got everything done within a couple of weeks. My home was then strategically put onto the market immediately getting upwards of ten showings per day. Four days later we had multiple offers above the asking price and shortly thereafter closed on the one he wisely recommended. This really was a life changing event for me and all the details would be too much to put here. But Stacey has my email address and should you be on the fence wanting a more detailed recommendation ask him for it and I’ll be glad to help. Sincerely and with gratitude, Gene Smith
