Stacey met with us at the beginning of November 2021 and explained the crazy market and how we might be able to be a little more competitive on any offers we’d like to make on a home. We had a few homes we wanted to see during the week after standard working hours and she made sure to be there regardless of her location (she was located about 25-30 minutes north of where we were looking).
