Stacey told us what to do, what to expect and the situation with home sales in the area. She had lists of people we could select to help paint etc:, but it was up to us. For instance we kept our lawn maintenance person during the marketing and sales time. Stacey made a number of suggestions that we would not do because we had the benefit of time, we were not in a rush. I think some of the suggestions being made by realtors right now are moronic and I know Stacey had to give us proposals from others but I truly feel realtors forget the sellers and buyers when they start getting too creative. The people got a great bargain that got our home. The other realtors got paid by us because Stacey spoke up for them. Stacey earned her money but I don’t feel the others involved should have received the same amount. They didn’t earn it.
Stacey was top notch! Everything was clearing communicated as the selling process went forward. Being an extremely stressful time for us, she was always willing to help anyway possible and answer our many questions day or night.
