55+ HOA’S CAN BE TRICKY but Stacey took it upon herself to talk with the President of the HOA numerous times. She found out about the by-laws, which is so important when purchasing a condo. She didn’t take the selling agents word for it but found out for herself and us. Stacey also was in touch with the Management Company and attorney’s about matters relating to our potential purchase. She goes above and beyond, to say the least!!! We really couldn’t believe all the things she was able to find out for us.
