Our sale was more difficult than most because of a shared driveway. The new owners of the neighboring property were determined to hold up the sale. Stacey got it all straightened around with no hard feelings between the new neighbors. And most importantly, no concessions by the sellers.

As a first time home buyer there was a lot about this process that I was unfamiliar with. In addition, I gave Stacey a challenge, finding a suitable duplex at a great price. Stacey was wonderful throughout the entire process. I would message her about a showing and she'd respond back right away with an appointment time. She is knowledgeable about the market and the area. In particular, she was my most valuable resource during the 2 weeks it took us to get to closing. I'm pretty sure we spoke everyday during those 2 weeks. She was able to answer my questions and concerns quickly and help put my mind at ease. Stacey showed up to the closing with a condition that everyone else overlooked. The property I ended up getting had 2 units on the lot and they have different addresses (because of separate utilities). She had an excellent idea of making sure the seller and the title company recognized in the title paperwork that both addresses were of the same property and structure. My hunt for an investment/home started in June of 2020. I needed to find a duplex to purchase as my primary residence and income property. Stacey worked diligently until we finally landed in the property I closed on January 20, 2021. To my surprise Stacey told me of her participation in the “Homes for Hero’s” program. This meant that when she sells a home to or for a veteran or first responder, that she donates a portion of her commission to the HFH program.
