Stacey was someone we had known for years, and in talking to others for whom she had worked on selling 2 different houses, we were convinced she was the one for us. Suggestions were made as to what we should do to ready the house for showing and assisted in finding workers to do it. She was able to explain the various steps involved during the sale process and explain our options. Since we had already moved out of the house and were quarantined in an assisted living facility she would text and/or email when there was another step to take, when house was to be shown by herself or others and the reaction of those to whom it was shown. Stacey would bring documents to us, try to make arrangements for us to sign virtually if at all possible, pick up documents and deliver to the appropriate source. We were very pleased with her patience, expertise,and stick-to-itness. We made a good choice. In these difficult times she facilitated the sale as painlessly as possible. Patience was displayed in helping us understand the steps, procedures, options and technology for we were inexperienced sellers.
