When we were planning our move from DC to North Raleigh, we interviewed a few local realtors and chose Stacey to represent us. Poor Stacey didn't know what she was in for, because we had to be (very unintentionally) the most difficult clients any realtor has ever dealt with!! :-) We travelled seven or eight weekends (more?) to Raleigh and looked at more than >70< houses. To say we were particular doesn't begin to explain the situation. Stacey was utterly unflappable through the whole process, and her patience with us paid off when we finally decided (partially based on her recommendations) to build a house. And anyone who's been through building knows what an ordeal it is, but Stacey's patience, knowledge, and expertise got us through it, and we're happy in our new home (and really, we're not bad people!) Several times during the process I commented to Stacey that I wouldn't blame her if she dumped us because it was taking so long, but she stuck with us, and eventually guided us to exactly what we wanted. If she'll have us, I'd definitely use Stacey again if we ever move again! :-)
