Negotiated all we needed & more!

We knew that we wanted to sell our Overland Park home & move to a house we owned in Belize. Stacey helped us first by instructing us on what work needed to be done to sell at top dollar & even found us a great contractor to do this work. We had an upcoming vacation coming up, so Stacey suggested we test the water & put our home, in its current condition, on the market at our required minimum price. Long story short, she negotiated an offer for us that was $40,000 above our list price, as is & even arranged for the new owners to rent our home back to us while we prepared for the move! She handled all details for us while we were away & kept us posted along the way. I can’t imagine anyone doing a better job or taking better care of us!
