I had a unique river front home that I thought would sell quickly. We had 3 showings, resulting in 2 good offers! If you're interested in a closing gift look elsewhere, but if you want your agent to get your house noticed, she is your agent. I am still waiting for a referral so I can purchase another home, this was a request I made about 60 days ago. I just watch the MLS and contact the listing agent.
