Working with Stacey was an incredible experience. As first time home buyers, we had no idea what to expect, what we wanted, what to look out for, etc. Stacey had an answer for every question. She treated us as if we were her only clients in the world and answered emails/texts/phone calls within hours, though usually within minutes. She provided us with a knowledgeable team through her relationship with our loan officer, and between the two of them, they made something we never thought would happen to us a reality. She's the best!! Fit our busy schedule into her busy schedule with no problems, showed me every house we were interested in. We had some hiccups during the process and stacey calmed me down and talked me through it all when i went into panic mode! This lady knows her stuff!!!! She is so sweet and goes out of her way to make you comfortable through the whole process any time of day or night!!!

Stacey is great at her job! She helped us buy our first home during a seller's market, where houses were coming on and off the market in the same day. Once houses came on the market Stacey was calling us and setting up a showings that same day. We entered a biding war with two other buyers for our home. With Stacey's knowledge and expertise we were able to add an escalation clause to our offer and win our home. We've been in our house now for 3 weeks and love it, having Stacey to thank. Stacey is as good as you’ll find. She not only helped us buy our first home 3 years ago, but recently helped us sell it and buy another! Every experience has been top notch. She’s extremely personable, persistent and detailed. There’s never been any guess work. She’s explained every step of every process and detailed out what is needed from us, handled all communication and documents, and seen all purchases and sales to the finish line. I had a unique river front home that I thought would sell quickly. We had 3 showings, resulting in 2 good offers! If you're interested in a closing gift look elsewhere, but if you want your agent to get your house noticed, she is your agent. I am still waiting for a referral so I can purchase another home, this was a request I made about 60 days ago. I just watch the MLS and contact the listing agent.
