Stacey is incredibly supportive and always available for her clients. There were many late night/early morning phone calls shared during the home buying process! She was knowledgable on every aspect of our home buying process, and kindly educated and walked me through each step of the process I would highly recommend Stacey to all my family and friends!

My fiance and I purchased our first home with the help of Stacey and found it overall to be an excellent experience. We were connected with Stacey through a referral program with USAA and were promptly contacted about our preferences and to arrange for potential showings. She was unquestionably responsive to our abundant questions and was very helpful in arranging everything and negotiating. We are against high pressure salespeople and Stacey was about as low pressure as we could have hoped for. She was there to answer questions that came up and offered her honest opinion while allowing us to make every decision on our own. My only complaint about her is that she did not know certain details of the loan process of the lender that connected us with her (although I am far from the first to say that USAA has some very strange mortgage practices). We ended up changing our lender in the middle of the process and she was very quick to connect with them to make sure everything worked out smoothly. She made one mistake in the entire process (which has hundreds of potentials for mistakes) where one of the closing addenda had wording that was going to delay closing until repairs had been made to the property. She rapidly rectified this problem between the other real estate agent and our lender and everything worked out perfectly without any delay. Overall, we ended up in our dream house at a great price (which was recommended by Stacey to try to bid lower), with closing credits for repairs, and in a reasonable time frame. All in all, Stacey made our first (and hopefully the last) home-buying experience next to painless and very informative.
