Stacey was great!!! She assisted me with our home buying experience and cross-country move! Today's market is insanely fast paced. She was very patient and understanding as she showed us multiple properties from rentals to single family homes. She conducted virtual tours/videos so that we could personally view homes remotely. She quickly adapted her virtual/video tours after taking in our questions and listening to what we wanted to focus our attention on in the virtually viewings. For example, I didn't have to keep repeating myself after each tour because she easily adapted. She even worked her schedule with ours and took an entire week to conduct all day in-person viewings when our time was very limited. She answered all of our questions and concerns, which were many, as well as assisted us in every aspect of the home buying process from beginning to end. Even after the home buying process was complete, she always extended herself should we have any questions and/or concerns afterwards or needed guidance on utility services in our specific area. What I really found to be exceptional was that she was available around the clock. She understood my hectic schedule and would even help me locate listings during the evenings.
