Stacey was absolutely phenomenal during the entire process. She was friendly, easy to work with, and extremely responsive. Any questions I had she was able to answer them or worked quickly to find the right answer. It was a challenging transaction process given the fact that we were dealing with an older rental property and it ultimately went through the VA loan process. Through it all, Stacey went out of her way to ensure things went smoothly. I trusted her for all negotiations and she handled it extremely well. I only knocked one star from 'market expertise' simply because she hadn't dealt a lot with homes in Fayetteville before, but she more than made up for this in other areas. I would highly recommend Stacey to anyone looking for a great personal experience.
