When starting our search for a Melbourne Beach retirement home, we looked for an agent with local knowledge and experience and found Stacey Buchanan. We shared our goals via e-mail and set up a plan on the telephone while driving into Melbourne Beach. Stacey curated a list of homes that met our criteria as well as a few variations for us to compare. She was spot on with her recommendations and it was good to have the contrasting homes to compare against. We found a home that met all of our requirements the first day and were under contract one week later. As we lived in another state, Stacey helped us coordinate with the sellers through their agent, home inspectors and a couple of contractors to get estimates for potential minor repairs. Stacey was there for us any time we had questions or concerns. It wasn't until after we had secured our loan that we realized that Stacey had other clients -- she made us feel as if we were her only concern.
