Need industry knowledge? Stacey Blondin brings to the table aspects of the real estate industry that many agents know very little about; home building and title work. Prior to opening Main St. Real Estate and becoming a REALTOR®, Stacey spent 20 years working at title companies and in new construction. She general contracted her first display home over 17 years ago. It’s safe to say Stacey truly knows real estate from the ground up! Today, she loves getting to work with her real estate clients and be a strong advocate for them during the buying/building/selling process. Stacey knows exactly what to look for when it comes to the quality of workmanship in a home and can help buyers recognize important things to look for. She also brings with her an arsenal of industry connections with everyone from city officials, contractors, repair companies, insurance companies and more. If you need something done on your home, Stacey is sure to have a connection to get it done! Stacey also brings to YOUR table a Broker Salesperson license, Accredited Buyers Representation (ABR), Professional Property Stager REA & At Home With Diversity (AHWD), all designations making her a force when working for you. Stacey was born and raised here in Warrenton and graduated from Warrenton High School. She and her husband also own Blondin Construction and are currently building stunning new homes throughout the Warren County area. An active community member, Stacey is President of the Warrenton Downtown Association, serves as a board member of Agape & Warrenton Fire Protection District, serves on the Care to Learn advisory board, is a member of Warrenton Area Chamber of Commerce Rotary and much more. She is excited to see Warrenton grow and help her clients navigate our changing real estate market. Stacey is very passionate about giving back to her hometown.

Amazing experience

Stacey has helped my family multiple times, she helped us purchase our land and about 10 months later sell our house! Any time we had a question (and believe me there were a lot) she answered!
