Stacey did an incredible job walking us through the listing and selling of our home. She took the time to walk through our house before listing and advised us what repairs to make to get the best bang for our buck. The professional photographer she hired took amazing photos of our home and we quickly had numerous showings within hours of listing our house. As the offers poured in, she reviewed the highlights and drawbacks of each offer, helping us to pick the best one. She walked us through negotiations, giving us sound advice but always having our back (even if we didn't follow her advice!).
