Srini is an awesome partner to work with if you want to buy your primary or investment house. I don't think it can get any better. Srini helped us buy our SFH in Bellevue amongst stiff competition in 2018. We decided to put an offer on a house in the morning and Srini moved quickly and crafted the winning offer. There were 8 offers for the house and the offer that Srini proposed won. He came up with the right escalation strategy and enticing offer start price which is the sole reason we got the house. His knowledge of puget sound real estate is pretty extensive and you can have a discussion in greater depths with him. Besides the Bellevue SFH, Srini helped us buy two investment SFH in Puyallup in 2019 and not just that, he also got tenants with no delay between closing and occupancy. I'll say that is super super impressive. I look forward to work with Srini for any property I'll ever buy in WA state.
