A great agent in a bullish market

Spencer was willing and able to meet with us on the few trips we made to Colorado Springs on a whim. We had texted him in Denver on a whim at 1 with some homes, and were viewing homes by 3:30. The market was agressive & homes were going for 80k over asking on average, but the strong offer tactic that was used led to us getting an offer accepted for 45k over asking on our second visit!
