Spencer and Landin helped us buy a home while we were living overseas and could not travel to see the homes before we could submit offers. Spencer was our on the ground eyes to survey the homes and film videos of each home. The videos helped us go back and look at individual details even after he left the property. Together, Landin and Spencer worked odd hours to speak across time zones. Combining text and video chats, we were able to find a home that met the targets we set out early in the process. Post-closing, Spencer has been there to help us with the transition and coordinate some minor remodel work while we are still overseas. His work doesn’t just end at closing.
