Spencer was wonderful to work with. We looked a many houses trying to find the right one. Every house we looked at he was sure to point out the good and bad of the house. He was consistently looking for evidence of settling and other things so I could be fully aware of what could be wrong with the home. Along with that he made sure to point out what was good and items that could help or hinder my resale value. I very much appreciated his honesty and that he was looking out for me.
