My brother and his wife had Spencer as their realtor and recommended him, saying “We have never been so happy with someone. Spencer was truly a blessing to have for our home buying process. You need to go to him if you’re buying a house.” and they were not wrong. Spencer always had our best interests in mind. He gave his honest opinion, never pushed us, and always asked every question that we needed to know about the properties we were interested in. We were new and he explained everything. For example, with a suit on, he went into our home’s crawl space to make sure he could get all the information about the property he could find firsthand. He wanted what was best for us and always viewed it as If he was buying the house. He was ALWAYS available and shared all of his contacts with us. I’m very busy with work and I honestly don’t know what we would've done without Spencer. Home buying I was told is very stressful, it wasn't with Spencer. 10/10 would be an understatement.
