Spencer was an outstanding Realtor to have on our side during the selling of our old home and buying our new home. He was very responsive and helpful during the whole process. We felt at ease going into closing for both the selling and buying side.

We had a record number of showings, however the unique design of the property required “the right” buyer to walk through the door. Spencer’s knowledge of the local market, in addition to him being a 3rd generation realtor, helped drive the record number of showings at our home!

Very easy to talk to and personable. Has great knowledge of the market and works hard until you find what you're looking for. Showed me different options of town homes and houses in the Lakeville area that fit into my budget and taste.
