Selling and buying with Spencer

I both sold my home and bought a new one through Spencer in November of 2023. I found him to be easy to work with, accommodating and knowledgeable. He was always willing to see homes with me no matter how far away they were. He was helpful in pointing out issues that I may not have noticed and had good suggestions to solve problems and difficulties that arose. He sometimes thought of questions for our contractors that I did not. Finally, he had a good sense of humor and didn't take it personally with I got frustrated or emotional about some aspect of the buying or selling process. Overall, he was enjoyable to work with and had a calm easy-going demeanor that made the stressful process of buying and selling a home more pleasant. I would recommend Spencer to anyone looking for an agent.
